Ssiklis, the most purely evil goddess, is known with many names and epiteths.
During the early stages of the Godgame, Ssiklis apparently refused to play, while in reality she was running around the world laying eggs of dinosaurs and other lizard creatures. From those eggs of her that were touched (some say “fertilized”) by Xichtul, dragons were hatched. And while she was trapped in a pocket dimension, her eggs were fertilized by Xichtul again, giving birth to the race of Demons.
Ssiklis is worshipped only by the evil lizardfolk. The more peaceful lizard and turtle races aknowledge her role in creating their races but do not actively worship her, preferring to chant their prayers to Sozara the Undying.
